Being the star in the reasonably priced car just got more interesting.
Series 23 of Top Gear is set to be begin in just a few days. From the trailers, we know that Top Gear will be very different from how we once knew it. With Clarkson, May, and Hammond set to star in their own show, The Grand Tour, the BBC has had to come up with some new ideas. One of these may have something to do with the "Star In The Reasonably Priced Car" segment, if it will indeed still be called that. When visiting the new revised Top Gear test track, BTCC Champion Matt Neal noticed a rally-cross segment with a jump!
Neal assumed that celebrities who lap the track will now have to complete a rally-cross segment and go over a jump. This would certainly be a good way to break more cars while filming. We think that this rally-cross segment was probably set up for a review in the series, not the celebrity segment, but we will just have to wait and see. Is this rally-cross segment a cool idea, or is it just stupid?
