The Ultimate 1 Series

Industry News

How much power can you get out of a small car? Just ask BMW to find out. It appears the automaker will be offering a high performance version of the 1 Series sometime in 2010. Whether it will be a part of the exclusive M Series or not, this hot rod version will be better and faster in every way. BMW hasn't released any official information yet on the car, but expect it to be faster than a Mini Cooper S and below a 3 Series M model.

BMW has learned a lot in terms of high performance in a small car (the 3 Series has grown significantly in size in recent years), so think of this new 1 Series model as sort of a return to old times.
