The Unconquerable Bounty Hill Kills

Off-Road / Comments

The 2010 Nissan Pathfinder is ideal for those seeking an SUV that's great off-road and has a versatile cabin. While the 2010 Pathfinder is perfect for off-road, it's not the best choice for pavement. It's available in a number of trims, and since the 2010 and 2009 models are so similar, there's nothing new with them. The 2010 Pathfinder rides on a truck-based chassis with its base engine as a 266-horsepower 4.0-liter V6.

The higher trims come with an optional 310-horsepower 5.6-liter V8 that gives extra power. In return for the power, the Pathfinder is not easy on the gas. The exterior shares the same qualities as a regular truck. The interior is more versatile and appears even somewhat upscale. There's a third row, but occupants complain about the lack of space.
