As the country and world come to grips with the coronavirus pandemic, automaker dealerships are still open for business, at least for now. Although the conventional way of buying or leasing a vehicle by entering a dealership is not recommended (or even legal in some states) these days, it's still certainly possible to complete transactions over the phone and online. And now one automaker not typically known for incentives is offering some fantastic ones across its entire lineup.

Cars Direct has gotten a hold of a bulletin sent to Subaru dealerships authorizing extremely low-interest rates for its vehicles. And yes, this even includes the Subaru WRX and BRZ. The popular Subaru Ascent is also included. Before the coronavirus caused all hell to break loose, the lowest rate for a new Ascent was 0 percent for 48 months. Now, the rate is 0 percent for 63 months.

This same loan rate is also possible for the Subaru Forester, Impreza, Legacy, and Outback. If you're in the market for a 2020 Outback Limited, then you'll be looking at the following figures: the vehicle carries an MSRP of $33,445 and 0.9 percent APR for 48 months. This comes to $710 a month with no money down. Apply the new incentives and the monthly payment drops to $530, an incredible savings of $180 a month. And because the interest remains at zero percent, the new and longer loan rate is less expensive than the shorter time period.

Unfortunately, the 0 percent rate is not available on the WRX and BRZ, but it's still pretty generous: instead of the old 2.9 percent rate, it's now been reduced to 0.9 percent. The 48-month time frame remains the same, however. The result is that you can now buy a new 2020 WRX Limited with an MSRP of $32,095 for $681 a month instead of $709 a month at the previous rate.

Given that life under the threat of COVID-19 isn't about to end anytime soon, Subaru has authorized these current incentive rates until April 30, 2020.
