Checking your blind spot before changing lanes is one of the first things you learn in driver's ed. Just because your mirrors don't show anyone doesn't mean a car won't be in the lane you're heading into. At the very least you should signal your intent! The "star" of this video does none of those things and almost pays for it dearly. The driver of the copper SUV damn near smacks into the white Mazda, missing it by mere inches. Keep in mind this is inches at speed, so don't go thinking you pulling out of a tight parking spot is as epic as this.
