Carbon fiber doesn't come cheap.
British aftermarket firm Prindville Design has unveiled a comprehensive makeover for the Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG dubbed the Indomitable G, which boasts a more aggressive look backed up with improved performance. A 30-piece body kit handmade from military-grade large weave carbon fiber is available with a matt or lacquered finish, as well as a choice of colors, weaves and patterns.
The lightweight kit consists of re-engineered front and rear bumpers, a new front grille and headlight surrounds, wider wheel arches, restyled hood, side skirts, re-designed taillight surrounds, and carbon replacements for the door handles, rubbing strips, door mirrors, induction vents and spare wheel cover. The Indomitable G rides on a set of six-spoke Prindiville Design alloys housing upgraded brakes, while an extra 50 hp has been squeezed from the 5.5-liter V8 via a remapped ECU and a Prindiville sports exhaust system. Naturally, more power can be unleashed upon request.
The interior is covered in high quality leather and Alcantara, and comes trimmed in wood, carbon fiber and metal materials. The Prindiville Indomitable G is available in limited numbers priced from £250,000. G63 owners can of course contact the firm to refresh the look and performance of their rides.
