You don’t need to go to Russia to understand that it can literally be a different world. A cultural disparity is the polite way of putting it. Russia plays by its own rules. Always has. Likely always will. And when it comes to driving and you’re not from there, best of luck. You might not come back fully functional. Whether it’s the fist fights over fender benders or the use of crow bars and other metallic objects to resolves roadside disputes, driving in Russia is really at your own risk.
Heck, even the pedestrians can be outright insane. From an old woman giving a driver the finger for no apparent reason to random dancing break out moments, Russian pedestrians are just a unique bunch.
