This 1,000-HP Beast Could Be The Most Powerful Street-Legal Italian Car Ever

Mazzanti

Are you listening, Ferrari/Lamborghini?

Boutique Italian automaker Mazzanti Automobili is making a bold claim with its newest model, the Evantra Millecavali. The company is saying that the 1,000-horsepower beast is the fastest street-legal car ever built in Italy. The Millecavali is a reworked version of the Mazzanti Evantra and boasts a twin-turbo 7.2-liter V8 making the aforementioned 1,000 horsepower and 885 lb-ft of torque. Its top speed is said to be 250 mph and a run from 0-60 mph happens in just 2.7 seconds.

Only 25 will be made and the price is, well, it’ll be high. You can check out the Evantra Millecavali in this video. It certainly looks good but those speed and power claims are pretty lofty. We’ll take them with a grain of salt until we see some track and dyno footage.
