This 1965 Corvette Stingray Restomod Could Make A Grown Man Cry

Video

Tears of joy that is.

The business of classic car restomods has become more and more popular lately. Take the body shell, interior, and other bits of something from back in the day and toss in a modern engine, electrics, and a suspension and there you go. Trust us, it’s much easier said than done. Comedian, former Fear Factor host, and current UFC commentator Joe Rogan experienced numerous problems after buying his 1965 restomod Corvette. The suspension was for crap and the electronics looked like they were done by an eight-year-old.

He got things worked out by teaming up with a proper mechanic, and now he’s here to show the finished product to fellow comedian Jay Leno. Right off the bat Leno wishes the car was a part of his collection. Can’t say we don’t blame him.
