The Nissan GT-R Nismo is pretty epic, but Nissan Motorsports International Company has past models, not present ones, to thank for its notoriety. The Skyline GT-R name is an iconic one, and thanks to various factors including their scarcity in the US, their motorsport heritage, and their infinite levels of tuning, all versions made from the R32 to the R34 generations are highly prized, commanding sky-high prices. In fact, an immaculate R34 example sold for over $300,000. But that pales in comparison with the R33 we have for you today. Listed by Harlow Jap Autos, this famous Skyline is selling for an eye-watering $2.2 million.

Those familiar with the Skyline GT-R range tend to overlook the R33 model, but this is different. This is the very last Nismo 400R ever made, number 40. All original with no accident history and even the same glass it left the factory with, this is a truly unparalleled R33. According to the listing, while 40 may have been produced, only 19 plus the one-off prototype are verified to still exist. But this example has another reason for its shocking price. This is the last BN6 Deep Marine Blue V-Spec model ever made. It has undergone a full detail that included a serial killer's attention to detail being applied to the undercarriage cleaning, and the interior is absolutely spotless, just as the engine bay is. Heck, even the fuel filler cap retains original stickers.

The car has covered 61,000 kilometers, or a little less than 38,000 miles. With ownership of such a flawless example, some special privileges are afforded the owner. The car was presented on Nissan's stand at the Goodwood Festival of Speed in 2016, but if you'd like to actually use it, there's plenty of performance to take advantage of. 400 horsepower and 346 lb-ft of torque are the headline figures, with 0-60 mph claimed to arrive in four seconds flat. This is truly one of the finest GT-Rs on the planet and is something of a celebrity in itself, known in enthusiast circles as "Sully." We'd gladly allow ourselves to become one of Queen Daenerys' unsullied if it meant ownership of this beauty.
