This 918 Spyder Vs. Knockoff Enzo Comparison Is The Best Thing You'll See Today

Funny

It's the supercar of the future vs. the knockoff supercar of the past!

Last time we saw a video from YouTube’s Car Bros it was a parody of Ken Block’s “Gymkhana” series. This time the guys are back and have brought two cars: one a supercar and the other a not-so-supercar. In this video the Car Bros compare a Porsche 918 Spyder to a knockoff Ferrari Enzo. As far as replicas go, this is one of the worst we’ve ever seen. Anyways, the comparison parodies “Top Gear,” both in the style of shooting and editing and in the presenter’s approach.

The best part of the video, aside from the drag race between the 918 and the almost-Enzo, is the way the Porsche is described. We never thought about it as an EV with a gasoline range-extender before!

It’s an unfortunate fact of life that many car videos aren’t funny. Making jokes about machines is a tough task. But the Car Bros manage to pull it off with a straight face. We don’t know how they got hold of a 918 or if they own that “Enzo,” but we hope to see both cars in future videos. Check out the video and let us know what you think. To us it’s one of the funniest things we’ve seen all year.
