Our old favorite noise-maker gets a shiny new body.

It hasn't been long since Mercedes-AMG did away with the legendary 6.2-liter naturally aspirated V8 engine known to us from things of beauty like the SLS AMG. And while the 4.0-liter twin-turbo that replaced it leaves little to be desired in the area of performance, engine sound aficionados know that nothing will ever really sound the same again. That is, unless you get around to Nurburgring, where you can listen to the sound of pure joy emanating from the killer body of the all-new AMG GT3 racer.
