At first glance, this gorgeous Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren, spotted in France, looks absolutely amazing. The flashy chrome wrap that features a burned fade into gloss black really makes this beautiful car pop. However, upon closer inspection, one will notice that there's more to this wrap than initially meets the eye. As is revealed in the photographs, it looks as if the wrap has seen better days. Close up shots of the SLR's side vents show that the chrome-colored material has begun to warp and peel.

It almost makes the car look cheap, but overall we don't think it really detracts from the unique look of the vehicle. What do you think?
