The Dodge Challenger SRT Demon caused quite a stir when it debuted back in 2017. With a 0-60 mph time of 2.3 seconds, the Demon was hailed as the fastest car in the world. Effectively, it was an 840-hp, street-legal drag racer that could blitz the quarter-mile in just 9.65 seconds.

Only 3,330 examples rolled off the production line and it was only available for the 2018 model year. Since it's no longer in production, the Demon is now considered a collector's car, but tracking one down isn't easy. If you're lucky enough to find one, be prepared to pay a substantial markup.

Back in April, we found a Dodge Demon for sale with only three miles on the clock. We didn't think we would ever find one with lower mileage, but it turns out we were wrong.

Jalopnik has discovered that Huntington Beach Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, a Dodge dealer based in Southern California has not one, not two, and not even three, but 16 brand new 2018 Dodge Demons that have never been driven. It's safe to say you won't ever find a dealer with as many Demons for sale as this. When we say these are new, they really are new because the dealer claims that every Demon they have for sale has a grand total of zero miles on the clock.

The dealership's owner has kept hold of all 16 Demons since the 840-hp muscle car debuted but decided now is the right time to list them for sale since it's no longer in production, inventories are low, and demand is high.

Unsurprisingly, these brand-new Demons aren't cheap. When it was new, the Dodge Demon was a performance bargain with an MSRP of $84,995, but the dealer is charging $200,000 each for these brand new examples - more than twice the car's original value. Alternatively, you could buy a brand new drag-racing focused Dodge Challenger SRT Super Stock for $79,995.
