Now nearing the end of its production cycle, the fifth generation Chevrolet Camaro has actually managed to earn something of a reputation as a track car, thanks mostly to the ZL1. But the folks at Reiter Engineering have taken it noticeably further and made the car into a proper GT3 race car. The car is seen here doing some testing on an unidentified track, as well as showing off the sound of its 7.9-liter 650-horsepower V8, and sweet merciful crap does it sound amazing.
The car has also been lightened significantly, and we're told that it now weighs just 2,844 lbs.
