Left turns are scary.
There are a lot of drivers who are a bit uncertain behind the wheel, but this is on a whole new level. We can see in the video a driver who simply cannot seem to bring himself to make a left turn, even when all traffic has stopped in order to let him do so. The guy in the SUV behind him starts off blowing his horn, but when this fails to properly motivate the other driver, he gets out and gives the car a bit of a push with his foot. Amazingly, this actually does work, and everyone goes on about their day.
It seems possible that the driver's reluctance to turn stems from the truck being in the drive, but there is still clearly enough room, and sitting and blocking traffic is never the right answer.
