It's an absolute track beast.
The Ford Shelby Mustang GT350R literally showed its driver who was boss at the Goodwood Festival of Speed. Going for a run on the famous hill climb, the street legal track demon managed to test the skills of the Ford-installed pro driver behind the wheel. 526 hp going to the rear wheels will do that. Good thing the GT350R comes equipped with track-specific add-ons such as greater anti-roll bar stiffness, and alignment and ride height adjustments. There's even a unique calibration for the MagneRide adaptive suspension.
And yet the driver here couldn't fully maintain control. The Shelby GT350R won't be sold in England but the 5.0-liter V8 Mustang GT is heading overseas this very instant, and demand is already high. A source is telling us that UK-based Jennings Motor Group already has some in stock. Anyone know more about this?
