Something like this was bound to happen sooner or later, and while we're sure you've seen plenty of lowriders, we doubt any of them are quite like this one. Instead of going with a classic American car, such as a Chevy Impala, this guy opted for a 1999 Lincoln Town Car. It's clearly been totally reworked, but the 4.6-liter V8 remains. Oh, the hydraulics. Oh, the psychedelic paint job inside and out. It's all too…fantastically and wonderfully mental. But it's also an amazing piece of art.
