Meet Lamborghini's newest arrival.
When you think of Sant'Agata Bolognese's premier brand, Lamborghini, you naturally think of outrageous supercars with huge, naturally-aspirated engines. However, not everyone who appreciates these cars can afford to buy one. Some who can afford to buy a Lambo are such huge fans of the brand that they'll buy anything associated with it. Enter the Lamborghini drinks bottle, produced in collaboration with 24Bottles.
Ferrari has had immense success with selling branded merchandise and Porsche has a huge range too. In fact, most manufacturers offer apparel or "lifestyle" gear to boost turnover for and awareness of the brand. Now Lamborghini has a bottle that is supposedly inspired by the Aventador SVJ.
The camo design on the bottle calls to mind the hardcore Aventador when it broke a record at the infamous Nurburgring Nordschleife. The finish is applied by hand, which makes each bottle unique in some way, and the bottle itself is fashioned from double-walled stainless steel with thermal insulation technology.
According to the press release, this Clima Bottle will keep drinks hot for up to 12 hours or cold for up to 24 hours. There's reasoning behind the brand that Lamborghini chose to partner with too, as 24Bottles is also based in Italy's Bologna region, and we all know how much Italians love their heritage.
The exclusive bottle is intended to promote the reduction of disposable plastic bottles and 24Bottles guarantees "responsible practices in the entire production process and is committed to compensating its environmental impact by carrying out reforestation projects." Pricing has not been released, but we expect it will be rather expensive as drinks bottles go. Still, if you do want one, it is available from 24Bottles and Automobili Lamborghini stores, as well as online, now. Personally, we'd rather save the money and put it towards a Lamborghini of our own, although we suspect such an achievement may be a long way off yet.
