Today's blockbuster movies often rely on computer-generated imagery and not necessarily good screenwriting or even acting. It's a fact. But sometimes it's good to go back to basics. It just needs to be done the right way for a change. And that's what George Miller's "Mad Max: Fury Road" did. The 2015 blockbuster wasn't only a brilliant film, but was also visually stunning. Yes, there was some CGI but the majority of the stunts were actually performed by real life human beings. The results speak for themselves.

And a new behind-the-scenes video was just released showing those stunts being performed. Yes, practical effects will typically have better results than CGI, and the latest Mad Max proves that. Now, we're going to watch that movie again. We have a whole new level of appreciation and respect for it now, too.
