This Is How The Brazilian Police Recover Stolen Cars

Car Chases

Who needs a long, drawn-out car chase, when you could do it this way instead?

There are lots of ways you can track down your car if it's stolen. On top of giving the police a call, you've got assets such as tracking devices and social media at your disposal to help you get your car back as soon as possible. That said, as efficient as these methods are, they're not the most exciting or headline-grabbing ways to recover a nicked car. Thankfully, the Brazilian 'GRAER' special forces police division has an excellent remedy to that predicament of ours.

Managing to track down and stop the stolen car on the move is impressive enough. However, the fact this was done from a friggin' police helicopter, with armed officers in tow, makes it one of the coolest car recovery videos we've seen to date. If you haven't seen it yet, we implore you watch it ASAP!
