Wow. Just wow.
Fair warning to everyone: the driver of this Ford Shelby Mustang GT500 was badly injured and went straight to the hospital by ambulance. None of the airbags deployed. What you're about to see is that Shelby GT500 losing traction mere seconds after its driver hits the gas. Control was lost, and the car and driver went smashing into a parked (and brand new) Ram 1500 pickup truck. The GT500 didn't stop there because physics. It continued on into a grassy area and then hit a New Edge Mustang GT.
Of the three cars involved, the latter was clearly the least damaged, followed by the truck. As for the Shelby GT500? It's totaled. No word on the driver's condition but we're wondering why the side impact airbags didn't deploy? Did the driver shut off the traction and stability control? This thing has a supercharged 6.2-liter V8 with 662 hp, after all.
