All-Electric 2025 Ram 1500 REV Reveals Production Design

Ram has unveiled the 2025 Ram 1500 REV all-electric pickup truck just ahead of its debut TV commercial appearance during the Super Bowl, and reservations are already being accepted. The brand has not released any detailed specs regarding its first EV truck but there are plenty of exterior shots.

It does not look a lot like the 1500 Revolution BEV Concept truck that debuted at CES last month but rather more like an electrified version of the current generation ICE 1500. That's not necessarily a bad thing considering Ford's F-150 Lightning looks very similar to its combustion-engined counterpart.

Perhaps the 1500 REV's most distinguishable styling trait is the new front-end styling which features a new LED lighting signature and illuminated Ram lettering - both straight from the concept. Out back there are L-shaped taillights. We're also liking the muscular-looking hood.

Interestingly, no interior images have been released at this time but the commercial does briefly show the dashboard, which, again, seems to look fairly similar to the gas-powered 1500's layout. The 1500 REV will be shown in a 60-second commercial called "Premature Electrification."
