We are all patiently waiting for the six-speed manual variation of the Toyota GR Supra, which is expected to show itself in the coming months with the official mid-cycle facelift. If there's anything this two-seater sports car needs, it is a more driver-focused transmission. Until then, we don't really have much reason to pay attention to the JDM icon, especially now that the Nissan Z is stealing most of the limelight in its segment.

The Supra isn't done fighting just yet, though. Over in Europe, the Gazoo Racing team has put together a highly exclusive rendition of its GT4 track car for customers who have been loyal to the racing division. Only six of these special models have been created with a bespoke catchy design scheme.

Why a 50 edition you may ask? Toyota Gazoo Racing explains that this model celebrates its milestone of creating 50 GT4 cars that have been competing all over Japan, Europe, and the USA. All cars adhere to the current regulations of the discipline but to make it a bit more unique, an inclusive list of options will be made available to the exclusive clientele.

As you can see, most of the car is covered in an attractive red shade tastefully contrasted by a series of gold logos applied to the roof and front quarter panels. While parked in the garage, owners can use the exclusively branded car cover to ensure that the paintwork is protected.

Within the cockpit, owners will be treated to 50 Edition-branded trimmings as a reminder that the car is a limited model while out on the track, fighting for first place. As a standard inclusion, the cockpit is also treated to a passenger seat with a carbon fiber footrest, so loved ones can know just how capable the Supra is around a race track.

The GT4-spec Supra 50 Edition comes standard with traction control, a track-minded ABS, an 8.0-inch driver display, and a data logger. Optional extras include a rear-facing camera, tire pressure monitoring system, and suspension travel sensors. It's understood that each of these models will be sold for around $200,000 before any taxes and options.
