And it can be yours for just over $400,000.
What you're looking at here is quite possibly the rarest Mercedes-Benz McLaren SLR Roadster you'll ever find. Why? Because it's the only example in the world painted in Ivory White. Currently listed for sale on MotorGT, the unique SLR was originally commissioned in with the unique color back in 2009 and sports a contrasting two-tone red-black roof and a striking red and black leather interior inspired by the legendary 1955 Mercedes 300 SL. It was originally purchased in Canada, before being imported into the US and is currently located in Florida.
Under the hood is a hand-built 5.5-liter biturbo V8 with 617 horsepower mated to a five-speed automatic gearbox with three driving modes. 0-62 mph takes 3.8 seconds. As you can see in photos, it's in practically pristine condition. It's very well equipped, too. The rare SLR Roadster is equipped with carbon fiber ceramic brake discs featuring eight-piston calipers at the front and four-piston calipers at the back, power adjustable carbon fiber bucket seats, power windows, keyless entry, power steering with telescopic steering wheel, xenon headlights, and more. Given its rarity, immaculate condition and the long list of included equipment, we're not surprised the dealer is selling it for $438,800.
That may sound like a lot, but it's not uncommon for SLRs to sell for much more than that, which makes this one-of-a-kind example even more desirable. If you have the money and fancy owning one of the first proper hypercars that happens to have a unique paint finish, snap this up while you still can.
