This Is The Rolls-Royce Cullinan Like You've Never Seen It Before

Digital manipulators at X-Tomi redesign the Cullinan SUV

The Rolls-Royce Cullinan, love it or hate it this ‘high-sided’ vehicle is here to stay. Traditionalists may never fully come to terms with the direction the industry is heading but the fact is that those who are actually in the market for the latest luxury vehicles are more than willing to try new and innovative designs. That is what the virtual tuners at Hungarian design firm X-Tomi thought, having regularly rendered alternative versions of popular cars like the BMW M3 and Porsche Cayenne to see what they would look like in a variety of unlikely body styles.

While Rolls-Royce promises virtually endless customizations for clients of their first ever SUV, unless they offer custom coachwork from the ground up, the familiar silhouette of the Cullinan is unlikely to be very different. X-Tomi however thought it would be an interesting exercise to see how the Cullinan would look in a few more body styles. If you are one of the aforementioned traditionalists then you may want to avert your gaze, things are about to get even weirder. First off, the Cullinan Sport is a variation of the existing model that may actually work, a sportier front grille, black window frames and low-profile wheels really suit the design.

The Shooting Brake and Coupe are interesting if less visually appealing and the pick-up option takes a whole lot more time to get used to. It is a double cab design of course, owners wouldn’t want to drive it themselves of course. The added practicality may go unused though, few owners are every likely to venture off-road. The convertible is a wholly different prospect, looking like an imperious and massive version of the existing Dawn convertible. However, it is the Base Spec model that should elicit the most laughs, clearly X-Tomi has more than just a little sense of humor.
