Did we mention it can go from 0-62 mph in 1.73 seconds?
Peugeot might be a bit late to the party, but with its Vision Gran Turismo for GT6 this is certainly a case of better late than never. Described by the French carmaker as a “high-performance endurance racer,” the sleek supercar concept stands just 1.04 meters tall and has a body that is so aerodynamic, there was no need to add any features to help slice through the air. Peugeot claims the body design alone is enough to “stick the car to the road.” Its also sexy as hell.
Power comes from a mid-mounted 3.2-liter turbocharged V6 rated at 875 hp, which is sent to all four wheels via a six-speed manual. Weighing in at 875 kg, the concept boasts a Koenigsegg One:1 power-to-weight ratio of 1:1, helping it to reach 62 mph in 1.73 seconds.
Stopping power comes from four ventilated Brembo carbon discs, steering is apparently “super-responsive” and the Vision GT rides on a set of rims staggered 22/23 inches front/back. The Peugeot Vision Gran Turismo will be available as a free update on the PS3 soon, and will be available in six color schemes.
