Who ever knew water could do this?

To be fair, what you’re about to see are roads after they’ve been severely damaged by floods. Perhaps destroyed is the better word here. We don’t understand a word our Russian video host is saying, but a bit of quick research revealed that Russia had some serious flooding not long ago and the destruction ain’t pretty. What’s just as shocking is the fact that the local or national governments haven't yet repaired the pavement. People there are apparently still using them, to some degree.

The driver of the Mercedes S-Class clearly made the wise decision to turn around and find an alternative route. Still, the state of these Russian roads are just shocking.
