The world becomes a slightly better place every time a 9-second Cadillac is built.
The Cadillac CTS-V you will see here is described as the “world's fastest and quickest.” For those unfamiliar with drag racing terminology, these are not actually the same thing. Fastest means that it achieved the highest trap speed, while quickest means it got the lowest quarter mile time. The two are obviously closely related, but you might be surprised to learn how often a car sets only one of these records at a time.
Not to worry here though, this Caddy grabs both titles, and it's great to watch, so enjoy.
