This is What a 1,500hp GT-R Snapping a Driveshaft Looks Like

Kind of surprising we don't see more of this.

You've doubtless seen dozens of videos of Nissan GT-Rs tuned to produce more than a thousand horsepower, and probably at least a couple with more than two thousand. But there's a lot more to making a monstrously powerful car than just cranking up the boost and planting your foot. You've got to make sure the rest of the car can take it, and when it doesn't, you're probably going to break something at a really embarrassing time.

Just as an example, such an embarrassing moment might be when you're in a drag race against another GT-R which manages to make it to the end of the strip without breaking. Which is what happens here.
