For some people, the biggest statement they can make is with their vehicle. While the Mercedes-Benz G-Class is one of the greatest off-roaders on the planet, with a $127,650 starting price it's also a statement to the world that the person driving it is incredibly rich. If you want to lose any clue that the G-Wagen is an off-roading icon, then the German company Lumma Design has developed a new range of "refinement parts" to keep the lux SUV more understated.

On top of its already existing Lumma CLR G770 widebody kit for the G-Class, the company has launched an array of new parts, including a set of 23-inch forged wheels available in black with, what Lumma describes as, a sporty center cap, or polished to a high gloss with visible chrome bolts.

For those that want entirely unnecessary bare carbon-fiber accouterments, Lumma has a rear roof spoiler available. You can also pick up a spare wheel cover in visible carbon, as well as a visible carbon-fiber hood, mirror caps, door handles, and a spare wheel cover.

If you want something even more unnecessary than a rear spoiler, then Lumma has a roof cover available in visible carbon. Traditionally, carbon-fiber is used as a strong material that reduces weight, but Lumma is bucking the trend by adding it over a structure to create extra weight. If you're the sort of person that would put a carbon-fiber cap on a G-Wagen, then you'll also be the sort of person that would want to draw attention to it using the included 4 LED lamps mounted on the front.

For the interior, Lumma is also offering carbon-fiber pedal pads with non-slip rubber knobs. For the powertrain, there's a Lumma branded "sports" rear silencer while the tailpipes are available in either chrome or black.
