This Is What Happens When You Annoy Europe's Most Hardcore Pedestrian

He hops on the hood of your car and stares right into your soul.

Normally when a car pisses off a pedestrian, the response from either party is to swear and make an obscene hand gesture. That’s it, case closed. Of course this video isn’t of someone being cursed at or flipped off. No, it’s of a man who was involved in a minor traffic accident with a woman who just kept driving. Instead of letting her go he decided to hop on the hood of her car. At least that’s what the translated video description says. That sounds more or less legit to us, so we'll let it fly. What else could have happened?

If you can provide any more background information on this short video please do so in the comment section. Otherwise, enjoy this incredibly odd clip.
