Depending on where you have to go, transporting a car with professionals can get a bit pricey, so we can understand what this good intentioned simpleton was trying to accomplish by towing a car using a trailer that for one was not the right type, was too small and likely did not have the necessary equipment in place, such as sway control bars to prevent wobbling. Oh and he was driving a station wagon. His driving did little to help the situation, traveling much faster than he should with a heavy load and finally breaking to correct the trailer's wobble.

At that point physics took over. He might want to read the user manual next time or just apply common sense.
