It's no secret that pre-World War II cars are not the most popular, especially amongst today's youth. But still, there's a certain charm when it comes to a car that's over half-a-century old despite its complete lack of safety. There were no sort of fancy electronics of any kind either. Nearly everything was purely mechanical. This very rare pre-war Fiat 514 is one such vehicle. It's so old that it doesn't even have hydraulic brakes; they're purely mechanical. Its owner is also something of an enigma.

While many vintage car enthusiasts focus their passion on cars from the 60s and 70s, Roberto Vesco has always found pleasure with pre-war cars. It's not easy (or cheap) to upkeep his Fiat 514, but the driving satisfaction it provides is apparently very much worth any of those inconveniences.
