Ferrari is renowned for its supercars, hypercars and Formula One team. This extremely rare 1955 Ferrari 500 Mondial has the motor out of a Formula One car, but there's a kicker: it's a four-cylinder. There are only three Mondials left in the entire world with the proper motor and this is one of them that also happens to wear another color than Rosso Scuderia. This Retired Navy Admiral has driven the 500 Mondial on and off the track for approximately 55 years and has one of the greatest automotive stories we've ever heard.

We sincerely hope this classic never sees the inside of a museum, because it deserves to be driven and needs to be seen by all.
