There are lots of fun places to go if you want to enjoy driving a supercar. Unfortunately, the drag strip is probably not one of those places. Obviously supercars are meant to be quick, but chances are there will be someone at the drag strip with a highly modified car that was purchased for a fraction of what you paid for your supercar. That is exactly what happened to the owners of the Mercedes ML63, Dodge Challenger SRT8 and Audi R8 V10 Plus in this video. They all got creamed by a second-generation Volkswagen Golf.

The Golf was highly modified with a turbocharged 2.9-liter VR6 engine with around 600 horsepower. The car also has a 4Motion AWD system from a newer Volkswagen to help put that power down. Even with a 610 hp V10, the Audi R8 stood no chance.
