It's 0 to 60 and top speed are damn impressive.
Lotus has pulled the covers off of its latest model at the 2015 Goodwood Festival of Speed. Meet the 3-Eleven, a roadster without a roof that may remind you somewhat of the Exige S. Only 311 will be made (see what they did there?) and two styles will be offered: Race and Road. As you might have figured Race is track-only. Both will be powered by a supercharged 3.5-liter V6 delivering 450 horsepower but the top speeds of each will be different.
Race seats one and is the lighter of the two but will clock in at a top speed of 174 mph while Road seats two and does 180 mph. The Race 3-Eleven may have a lower top speed but it will reportedly do 0 to 60 in under 3 seconds and checks in at a dry weight of just under a ton, 1,984 pounds to be exact. Lotus is calling the 3-Eleven its "quickest production road car ever." So, you get a roofless roadster that has an impressive top speed for how much? There was no mention of US availability but we do know that in the UK the 3-Eleven Road checks in at £82,000 ($129,000) and Race is £115,200 ($181,000), VAT included.
