Factory tours, track time, and scenic routes. What's not to love?
Planning the perfect vacation for a car enthusiast is no easy task. The trip needs to include plenty of car-related activities, epic views, and of course, a cool car to drive. Automakers realize this sort of planning can be difficult, so they have stepped in to create the perfect vacation packages for car lovers. Porsche has been opening up its Experience Centers around the world, where enthusiasts can take delivery of their car, race around the track, and even get married.
Building on its already successful Experience Centers, Porsche has also started to offer all-inclusive travel experiences. The German automaker has a full offering of trips available in 2019, including a four-day tour of Stuttgart and Leipzig.
This all-inclusive vacation package includes a factory and museum tour in Stuttgart-Zuffenhausen, a factory tour in Leipzig, guided driving on the circuit of Porsche Leipzig, three nights of hotels with breakfast, four lunches, three dinners, luggage shuttle, and a welcome gift. Some of the trip highlights include driving through the Thuringian Forest, stints on unrestricted Autobahn, castle tours, and track time. As you travel from each location, you and your guest will hop into a brand-new Porsche, further intensifying what already seems like a dream vacation.
Pricing for this trip starts at around $4,000 with booking dates available in April and October. The April trip goes from the 24th to the 27th, while the October trip lasts from the 15th to the 18th. If the idea of a Porsche-themed vacation sounds enticing but Stuttgart to Leipzig just isn't your ideal travel destination, Porsche has plenty of other trips available including Australia, Scotland, the Black Forrest, Southern France, Iceland, Northern Spain, Andalusia, the Swiss Alps, Croatia, and Tuscany.
