Just eight examples are still left in existence today. Only nine were built in total. No, we're not referring to the current Porsche 911 Turbo Cabrio. Porsche builds plenty of those. That rare car is the 1989 Porsche 930 Flatnose. Powered by a 3.3-liter turbo engine, each 930 Flatnose was handcrafted because the front fenders required special treatment. Obviously any of the eight remaining 930 Flatnose cabrios isn't cheap, and actually seeing one in-person is a rare privilege.

But now Autocar's Steve Sutcliffe not only has the chance to drive one, but is also able to pit it against today's 911 Turbo Cabrio. Yes, the Flatnose does look a bit odd for a Porsche, but the question here is which one is more desirable? Check out the video ahead for Sutcliffe's opinion.
