Toyota put on a drifting display as the GT-86 is introduced to Indonesia.
Toyota is slowly rolling out the GT-86 and Scion FR-S around the world, and when it came to launching in Indonesia it was decided that a massive drift demonstration was the best way to introduce the car to its adoring fans. Drifting around a three-cone-slalom with consummate ease while sending clouds of burning rubber into the air, the GT-86 was in its element. High-performance driving and handling is what this car is all about after all.
The Japanese automaker says their new model was built "for the pure intrinsic of joy and drive." The Toyota GT86 carries an MSRP of $25,000 and features a 200hp 2.0-liter inline 4-cylinder engine mated to a 6-speed manual which sends power to the rear wheels.
