The 2012 Toyota Aygo has yet to hit UK showrooms, but when they do two limited editions: the Aygo Fire and Aygo Ice will also be available. Both variants are powered by a revised 1.0-liter VVT-I gasoline engine that's good for 65.7mpg and emits 99g/km. This makes the cars tax-exempt and free of the London Congestion Charge. The Fire models come with 14-inch alloys and LED daytime running lights in the lower edge of the grille.

Tinted windows, and a leather steering wheel and gear knob are other highlights while a new Burnt Orange exterior paint job comes as an option. Interior comfort is the main focus of Ice models, which feature a/c, Alcanatara and leather trim, Bluetooth connectivity and a USB port. The three-door variant of the new Toyota Aygo Fire is priced from £9,595 for the five-speed manual, and rises to £10,950 for the top-spec five door with Toyota's Multimode gearbox. Ice models range from £9,895 to £10,750, and the entire Aygo range will go on sale next month.
