This is the Elemental RP1; a(nother) British-built track-focused street-legal sports car that will be enjoying its world debut this weekend at the Goodwood Festival of Speed. Looking ready to rip around the track, the RP1 features a lightweight carbon and aluminum tub encompassing an aluminum floor with body panels that fully enclose the underpinnings. The chassis boasts a double wishbone suspension with inboard Eibach springs and Nitron dampers, and 17-inch alloys housing 4-pot Caparo calipers.

A rear subframe utilizes a cassette-style system that allows for engines to be easily swapped out. The Elemental RP1 comes standard with a 280-hp 2.0-liter Ford EcoBoost mated to a six-speed sequential box and optional limited slip diff. Other engines on offer include a Ford 1.0-liter three-pot and 999cc Honda Fireblade unit. Sales of the Elemental RP1 will begin next summer.
