Besides the possibility of doing some serious damage to your vehicle, there's also the risk of incurring bodily injury or worse. It takes true courage and genuine professional driving skill to really handle the responsibility of being a pro drag racer. However, sometimes even the pros experience problems when drag racing.

A perfect example of what we're referring to is exhibited in this video filmed at the Import vs Domestic World Cup Final. A turbo Honda Civic lost control at 150 mph and was catapulted into the air after hitting a guard rail. The driver in this video was badly injured and was airlifted to hospital, but is reportedly recovering. This video is not for the faint of heart.
