Legendary twin-turbo treatment has been applied to the limited-edition Audi supercar.
Audi only made 333 units of the R8 GT, yet one has managed to find its way to twin-turbo specialist Underground Racing. From the showroom, the R8 GT comes with a 5.2-liter V10 good for 560 hp and 398 lb-ft of torque, enabling it to sprint from 0-60 mph in 3.6 seconds and hit a 198 mph top speed. Thanks to UR's Stage 2R Twin Turbo kit, the German supercar can now put down 1,150 hp on 93 gas and over 1,800 hp on race gas. So expect those performance figures to be heavily revised.
Modifications made to the R8 GT include a JRR Plug & Play Motec ECU system, full billet 1-6 custom ratio, billet shafts, billet final drive gears and helix billet differential. Visually, the gray body work has been combined with an anodized black full billet intake and touches of carbon-fiber.
