Nissan brand ambassador and six-time Olympic champion Usain Bolt loved the "Bolt Gold" GT-R that sold in auction last year for around $190,000. So much so that the Japanese carmaker has delivered another unique GT-R to the world's fastest man in appreciation of his efforts promoting the Nissan Global Brand Campaign over the past year. Coated in exclusive gold paint, Bolt's one-off GT-R is based on the 2014 model, customized to suit the Olympic gold medalist's driving style using data recorded during a recent test drive.

The Jamaican athlete further personalized the car by picking out the white interior, Bose sound system and 10-spoke RAY alloys finished in hyper-titanium. Nissan added a "Spec Bolt" badge as proof. The handover took place at Bolt's home training facility in Jamaica. The sprinter is now the owner of one of only two gold GT-Rs in the world.
