Vauxhall Celebrates 5 Million Cars With Some Historic Indoor Hoonage

That is how you celebrate a milestone.

GM’s Vauxhall factory in Ellesmere Port, UK, has been in operation for a while, long enough to have now produced a total of 5 million cars. Much of this is from recent years too, as it was just in 2007 that the plant became the sole producer of the Astra, including those that wear Opel badges. So Vauxhall decided to celebrate, and to mark the occasion, we’ve gotten this video of stunt driver Paul Swift driving around inside the plant.

The driving is excellent and can even serve as a half-assed history lesson of sorts for those unfamiliar with the Vauxhall brand.
