39-year-old Shawn Weimer needed a designated driver over the weekend and he found one. The worst-father-in-the-world candidate had his 9-year-old daughter chauffer him to the local gas station and was caught on the video surveillance camera bragging about his daughter's skills at the wheel. The event occurred at 2:46 a.m. on Oct. 8th, way past any 9-year-old's bed time. Apparently she was woken up to go on this beer run in return for a candy apple.

The video shows the girl pull up to the gas station, get out of the car and accompany her proud papa into the store where he then brags about her driving ability. Weimer said "I got, I got a designated driver. Nine years old. Nine! Listen, we're leaving, and she's driving." The owner of the shop reported to police the incident as soon as the pair left and they were pulled over by a squad car down the road. The girl, startled, reportedly told the police officer "What did you stop me for? I'm driving good." She also told officers that her dad had let her drive many times before and that he had been drinking whiskey all night.

The father, who refused a breathalyzer test, was immediately arrested and charged with 2nd and 4th degree child abuse. The daughter was returned to her maternal grandfather after the incident. Check out the incredible clip below of the father who makes Britney Spears seem like a responsible parent.
