German tuner AC Schnitzer lent their creative hands to the 2011 BMW X3. Some of the features include several options for wheel dimensions and some changes to the interior as well.
German tuner AC Schnitzer is lending their hand to the new second generation BMW X3. The interior will include many different components such as aluminum gear knobs with digital gear display, i-Drive controller aluminum cover, aluminum pedal set, AC Schnitzer's trademark foot mats and an AC Schnitzer sports airbag steering wheel. The tuning kit gives the X3 a boost in performance from 181hp to 215hp. A sports system for the X3 xDrive30d is also under development.
Also being developed is a stainless-steel sports exhaust system for the 2.8i and 3.5i-6 cylinder gasoline engines. There are several wheel options that include 22-inch Type VIII forged racing rims, 22-inch Type VII racing rims in BiColor or silver. One-piece rims of Type VI, VIII and IV (in BiColor or Silver) are also available in 18- 19- and 20-inch options. 20-inch Forged alloy wheels Type V complete the available options. Still with us? The front spoiler maintains its form very well while allowing for collision absorption of a pedestrian.There's also a rear roof spoiler and a protective film for the rear skirt. There is no word yet on pricing for the kit. Enjoy the video.
