The German Automobile Tuner Association is pursuing a campaign called "Tune it! Safe!" and AC Schnitzer has unveiled its MINI E Police Look Concept. The concept is being showcased at the 2010 Essen show. The idea behind the campaign is to create a car that can be both safe and creative. MINI's E is powered by an electric motor with 205 hp. It goes from 0 to 60 mph in 8.5 seconds and has a top speed of 95 mph.

AC Schnitzer's tuning program makes the MINI E even better. The car has been finished in the classic Polizei colors, and has the latest signaling system from Hella mounted on the roof. The front and rear bumpers have been modified, and there are also lowered side skirts, and some fancy vents and a roof spoiler that give this police car an edge. Inside, the tuners installed some aluminum pedals, footrest and handbrake handle. This is definitely not your average police cruiser.
