GM's Opel division is getting ready to take the wraps off the all-new Astra GTC, as evident with the release of their first official renderings of the production model. The GTC sports a sharp looking design and will be revealed publically on June 7, well ahead of its world premiere at the Frankfurt Motor Show in September. We first met the Astra GTC as a thinly disguised concept model at last year's Paris Motor Show.
The production model has stayed close to the concept, save changes to the lower part of the front bumper and the rear apron that incorporates conventional tail pipes. The three-door GTC will also come available with a similar engine lineup to the five-door variant. Opel and its sister company, Vauxhall, will begin taking orders in the summer.
